The Prop Shop Cheshire operates in the United Kingdom, offering prop hire, event setups, and product sales.
By using our website or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page, and continued use of our site signifies your acceptance of any changes.

2. Services and Products

We offer a range of services and products, including:

  • Event hire items such as selfie stations, carts, and event bikes

  • Products including soaps, wax melts, and other handmade goods

Each service or product listing provides specific details, including pricing, delivery terms, and requirements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offering at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment methods may include bank transfer, PayPal, debit/credit card, or other approved methods at checkout.

For event hire bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery or setup. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.

4. Event Hire Terms

When hiring props, carts, or event bikes, you agree to:

  • Take responsibility for the hired items during the rental period.

  • Ensure safe and appropriate use of all equipment.

  • Notify us immediately of any damage, loss, or malfunction.

Damage or loss fees may apply if items are not returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to charge the cost of repair or replacement.

Event hire delivery and collection terms are agreed at booking and must be adhered to. Late returns or access issues may incur additional fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Product orders and event deliveries are handled according to our Shipping Policy.
We aim to process all product orders within 2–5 working days, with estimated delivery times depending on location.
For hire bookings, delivery and collection times will be confirmed in advance.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Product sales: You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

  • Event hire bookings: Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if you reschedule with sufficient notice.

  • If we are unable to fulfil your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a refund or alternative date where possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of The Prop Shop Cheshire unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website or marketing materials without written permission.
